These terms and conditions govern all purchase orders made through G'Old Atelier's online store at www.g-oldatelier.se (hereafter referred to as the Webstore), covering every purchase agreement entered into online with G'Old Atelier AB (hereafter referred to as G'Old Atelier). This includes purchases made through all linked platforms, advertisements, and any other promotional channels connected to G'Old Atelier. We recommend that you review these terms and conditions thoroughly before placing an order. Please note that these terms and conditions may be revised periodically, so we advise you to check them before each purchase you make in the Webstore.
You must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship to make a purchase in the Webstore. G'Old Atelier assumes that minors who make purchases on www.g-oldatelier.se provide accurate age information and/or have obtained the required consent from their guardian to buy the item(s). If this is not the case, the buyer may be responsible for any costs incurred due to an invalid agreement.
The prices listed in our Webstore include VAT but do not cover delivery charges or possible payment fees. For purchases outside the European Union, customs fees or other taxes and charges may be added to the purchase price.
Payment can be carried out in Swedish kronor (SEK) and can be made using various methods according to our Link-to-Pay options, such as Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Pay, Diners Club International, Discover, JBC, and Union Pay.
G'Old Atelier reserves the right to check the cardholder's address, the card's validity, and ensure that your account has the capacity to be charged the full amount. G'Old Atelier reserves the right to decline a purchase.
A binding purchase agreement is established as soon as we confirm your order and send an order confirmation with a link to pay to the email address you provided. If an item becomes out of stock before the Webstore is updated to reflect this, G'Old Atelier will inform you via email. We may offer a substitute product or cancel the order and issue a refund if the payment was made. If incorrect pricing information has been displayed on the Webstore, you will have the option to either buy the item at the correct price or cancel the order.
For our leather restoration services, a detailed description of the work required must be provided when you contact G'Old Atelier. If additional costs are required for the work to be done properly, we will contact you first to discuss a new quote and timeframe for completion. We reserve the right to refuse to restore your leather items if they do not comply with the information or condition provided at the time of contact. In such cases, you may pay for return shipping for your items, or we may dispose of them for you.
Once a restoration service has begun, it cannot be undone. Due to the handmade nature of our services and the inherent inconsistencies of original materials, small imperfections may appear. We encourage you to contact us should there be any problem that you were not informed of. We will be happy to assist you further. Please note that upfront payment is required for all restoration services.
We work hard to avoid damages or defects in our products. Should you find that an item is damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement for the item in question. If you do not accept a replacement, you will be refunded the original cost of the item and the return cost, unless the defect can be repaired, in which case G'Old Atelier will cover the cost of the new shipping. If the damaged item was part of an order containing other purchased items, the cost of the original delivery will not be refunded.
You are asked to always examine your received products at the time of delivery and report any deviations from your order to us as soon as possible. We will refund you as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days from the date the returned item is received by G'Old Atelier and we have established that the item is damaged or otherwise defective. Always save your receipt.
We cannot guarantee that the colours appearing in the Webstore reflect the product colours in reality. The colours can be reflected in different ways depending on, for example, your computer or phone screen, graphic card, and computer settings.
At G'Old Atelier, we take great pride in our craftsmanship and dedication to quality. As our work is handcrafted, the final product may differ slightly from industrially manufactured items. The unique nature of our process means that each creation is distinct and cannot be directly compared to mass-produced goods. We do not provide photographs of the crafting process or unfinished products/services.
At G'Old Atelier, we specialize in restoring high-quality leather accessories. The final outcome of a restoration depends on the type and condition of the leather used in the original item. Most luxury brands source high-end leather and components from top suppliers across Europe, and our restoration work is based on addressing issues with this high-quality material.
If, upon inspection at our atelier, we determine that an item is counterfeit or manufactured using low-quality materials, we cannot guarantee that these materials will respond to restoration as expected. In such cases, the customer will be informed and asked whether they wish to proceed. Should the customer decide not to go ahead, they are responsible for covering the total cost of shipping and evaluation, which amounts to 250 SEK.
The customer acknowledges and agrees that by confirming their order, they trust G'Old Atelier's expertise and craftsmanship and accept the final result as the outcome of this process.
Any complaints regarding the final product or service must be submitted upon receipt of the finished product or service. All complaints must follow in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To ensure prompt resolution, please send a detailed description of the issue to helloyou@g-oldatelier.se, and we will address your concern as quickly as possible.
G'Old Atelier reserves the right to suspend or cancel the shipment of the final product if payment has not been received in full. Customers are required to settle any outstanding balances prior to shipment or at the time of delivery. If payment is not received within 30 days, a late fee may be applied, and legal action may be initiated to recover the outstanding amount.
G'Old Atelier specializes in professional restoration and resale of authentic, pre-owned luxury leather items. We are an independent business and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with any luxury brands. All trademarks, product names, and brand logos remain the property of their respective owners. Our restoration services aim to preserve and enhance the original beauty of these items while maintaining transparency about their pre-owned nature.
