Shipping and Delivery

We offer free pick-up and delivery for restoration services for addresses within Stockholm City Toll Area ONLY. International shipments are subject to quote. If you prefer to receive your item via any other delivery service of your choice, please inform us before placing the order. Please make sure the parcel is sent with an insured and traceable mode of transportation and keep your receipt for the shipment.

Any item purchased through the Webstore has a 1-2 day shipping time starting from the day the payment is completed. The average delivery time within Sweden is 2-5 business days. All shipping costs will be specified in the purchase order so that the cost is clearly visible to you prior to completing the order.

Packages Returned as Undeliverable

When your package is sent you have 14 days to collect it. Packages that are not picked up are sent back to us and you will then be invoiced 250 Kr for shipping and administration costs. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items as well as the returned order.

Returns and Exchanges

We always have a standard 14 days right of withdrawal from the day you received the item from our Webstore. We require the goods to be in original condition and that you have not used them (other than trying them on at home - on a smooth surface in case of footwear) otherwise the return will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping. You will be refunded for the goods excluding the shipping cost once they have been returned to us.
Please note that it may take a few days for the money to arrive in your account (usually 1-2 banking days) but no more than 30 days.
Complaints are always handled according to the Consumer Purchase Act.
Right of withdrawal does not apply to services.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

All consultations are free. After accepting our quote, please follow this guide:

1. To ensure consistency in result, always send full pairs of shoes even if just one needs treatment .

2. Ensure your handbag, jacket, purse, or clutch is completely empty; we are not responsible for lost items.

3. Keep mixed materials and coloured items apart with paper to prevent colour migration.

4. Send us a tracking number or traceable shipping information after sending your items.
