Any Item purchased through the Webstore has 1-2 days shipping time starting from the day the payment is completed. Time of delivery within Sweden is on average 2-5 business days. When your package is sent you have 14 days to collect it. Packages that are not picked up are sent back to us and you will then be invoiced 250 Kr for shipping and administration costs. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items as well as the returned order.
We always have a standard 14 days right of withdrawal from the day you
received the item from our Webstore. We require the goods to be in original condition and that you have not
used them (other than trying them on at home - on a smooth surface in case of footwear) otherwise the return
will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping. You will be refunded for the
goods excluding the shipping cost once they have been returned to us.
